WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where your spectators can support you from the very beginning to the very end.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

WHY HYROX SIDCUP?
Hyrox Sidcup is a boutique training facility that offers accessible fitness training for anyone. Our goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can test your fitness levels. Unlike larger gyms, we provide personalized 1-on-1 coaching to ensure you receive individual attention and guidance. In addition to training sessions, we also offer seminars and monthly events to enhance your fitness journey. Our team of coaches come from diverse backgrounds, all of whom have a passion for Hyrox. Join us and gain the confidence to achieve your fitness goals.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our studio can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, ensuring that you receive the most benefit from our sessions. These sessions are designed to be personal, allowing you to build a strong relationship with all of our coaches, similar to a 1:1 setting. We have all the necessary tools to help you improve your fitness. At Hyrox Sidcup we will be training in 6-week blocks, we will focus on specific weaknesses, such as the sled push. Our goal is to teach you how to efficiently perform this movement while also helping you build stamina and strength to prevent it from slowing you down.
