WHAT TO EXPECT
Our studio can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, ensuring that you receive the most benefit from our sessions. These sessions are designed to be personal, allowing you to build a strong relationship with all of our coaches, similar to a 1:1 setting. We have all the necessary tools to help you improve your fitness. At Hyrox Sidcup we will be training in 6-week blocks, we will focus on specific weaknesses, such as the sled push. Our goal is to teach you how to efficiently perform this movement while also helping you build stamina and strength to prevent it from slowing you down.
